Shipping Policy
All orders placed with Yiu Wai Limited are processed within one to two business days following payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Estimated shipping times are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed. Yiu Wai Limited is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or events outside of our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases where Yiu Wai Limited is responsible for an error in the order fulfillment process. A tracking number is provided via email once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If an order is returned to Yiu Wai Limited due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Returns Policy
Yiu Wai Limited accepts returns of unworn, undamaged footwear in the original packaging within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. This period is calculated from the day the order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the day the return shipment is postmarked.
To be eligible for a return, the shoes must not show any signs of wear, including scuffs or marks on the soles or uppers. The original shoebox must be included and must not be used as the external shipping container for the return. All original accessories, dust bags, and paperwork must be returned. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact [email protected] within the 14-day eligibility window. The customer service team will provide a return authorization confirmation. The customer must then securely package the product in a shipping carton, ensuring the original shoebox is placed inside an outer box for protection.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Yiu Wai Limited does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a verified error by Yiu Wai Limited, such as the shipment of an incorrect item or a confirmed manufacturing defect. For all standard returns, the customer must select a shipping carrier and retain the tracking number and proof of postage until the refund is confirmed. Yiu Wai Limited is not liable for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the return package is received at the address above, Yiu Wai Limited inspects the items to confirm compliance with the unworn condition policy. This inspection process requires up to five business days from the date of delivery to the return facility.
Upon successful inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment method. The refund processing timeline is as follows:

General Processing: The refund transaction is initiated within three business days of approval. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends entirely on the payment provider. Customers must account for a minimum of 14 calendar days from the date the return is delivered to Yiu Wai Limited before the refund is fully completed.

PayPal Transactions: For orders paid via PayPal, the refund processing time adheres to a minimum of 14 calendar days from the date the return is accepted. In jurisdictions where local consumer protection laws or PayPal’s internal policies mandate a longer period, the refund processing time extends to 30 calendar days from the date the return is confirmed as received.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is initiated due to a verified defect or an error caused by Yiu Wai Limited. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized or personalized footwear cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable. Any attempt to return non-returnable items will result in the package being refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Exchanges
Customers requiring a different size or style must initiate a return of the original item following the standard return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. Direct exchanges are not processed to ensure inventory accuracy and faster fulfillment for the customer.
